The process of spreading seed and a paper mulch combined to help the germination of seed, increase the efficiency and reduce cost of a large lawn area
Preparation
Rotary hoe the existing soil to aerate and loosen up the soil.
Install irrigation- recommended for our harsh summers.
Level out the area as best you can.
Make sure the soil is damp prior to spraying out the Seed mix
Sit back and enjoy!
